Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect what we need to make and deliver your gear, plus the usual information about how the site is used. We don’t sell it. You can ask us what we hold and we’ll tell you.
Information you give us
When you order, we take your name, email, phone number and delivery address, your business name if you tell us, the details of the order itself, and the logo files you upload. We also keep the back-and-forth about a job — approvals, notes, changes — because that’s the record of what you asked for.
We can’t fulfil an order without this. There’s no anonymous version of getting a shirt delivered.
Information collected automatically
Your IP address reaches us as part of any web request. Before we store it we cut off the identifying end — the final block on IPv4, the final sections on IPv6. What’s left tells us roughly what city a visit came from, and nothing about who you are.
Cookies we set
- Essential — your login and your cart. Turn these off and the site stops working.
- Measurement — whether you’ve been here before, and whether one visit connects to another.
- Advertising — Google’s, so we can tell which ads actually lead to orders.
Where it goes
Not to anyone who wants to buy it. It goes to the businesses that make the order happen:
- The payment processor, to take the money. Your full card number never reaches us.
- The courier, so they can find you — name, address, phone.
- Google, for measurement and advertising. That includes a one-way scrambled version of your email so an order can be matched to the ad that produced it. The original can’t be recovered from it.
- The companies that host and protect the site.
Some of those operate outside Australia and your information travels with the service. Using the site means accepting that. We pick providers we’re satisfied handle it properly.
How long we hold it
Order records stay for as long as you’re a customer and then for the period tax and consumer law require. We don’t keep things indefinitely for no reason.
What you can do about it
- Do Not Track — if your browser sends the signal, we don’t track you. Nothing to ask us for.
- Block cookies in your browser. The site works; your cart may not survive you closing the tab.
- Stop marketing messages with the unsubscribe link on any of them. Messages about an order you’ve placed keep coming, because you need those.
Asking us what we hold
Ask and we’ll tell you, inside 30 days. You can have mistakes corrected, and you can ask us to delete what we hold. We may need to check it’s really you first. Where the law requires us to keep something — order records mostly — we’ll say so rather than quietly ignore the request.
Security
The site is encrypted end to end. Internally, access is limited to the people whose job needs it. If there’s ever a breach likely to cause you serious harm, we’ll tell you and notify the regulator, because we’re required to and because you’d want to know.
Under-16s
We sell to businesses. The site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
If this changes
The date at the top moves. Anything significant gets flagged on the site rather than slipped in.
